Another Year-End Party tonight.
With great and old friends… ex coworkers got together tonight for catch-up.

Bad practical joke there… my ex-Boss Ito take out his hair styling kit and changed my hairdo!
Oh boy… I was quite panic!



Long… very fun-lasting party… many of us including myself stayed up late with drinks!
Means someone easily fails out of the party to sleep… hahaha.

All friends there were drinking... TOO MUCH!
We all were drunk. Sort of.
So it was quite fun! Very sure.

Sunday is almost over... meaning another week ahead! Oh boy...
Anyhow, I'd better tell you that I had a fantastic time with friends today!

Thanks to my friend "Morizo" (nickname, of course), we got free tickets to:

Man, it was so wonderful music that I listened today.
The orchestra members are semi-professional... They have job to work everyday and spend time practicing for this annual concert!

You know, this whole thing really made me think... why?
That's because those people on the stage do such fun thing that they dedicate their life to in addition to daily work. What about me? I have a job... but no more.

Seems like they're spending more profound way of living...

Maybe this is something missing in mine... Never think that kind of thing for yourself???
It was so timely and moving...



Thanks to my friends who went to the concert together! It was fun!

The Cooler the weather gets to, the more often I put this on my wrist.

This gathering.... with those particular members was rare and happened tonight!



It was because Ryuji, in the middle, made full recovery from ill. He was quite talkative like used to be and we all smiled and laughed with him. His tone was perfectly like old days!

If you have been royal reader of my blog, you don't need me to brief of Kirk... my old friend.
Yeah, Kirk is my friend since Atlanta time... over 10 years or so.
I somehow didn't keep in touch so well with this fellow... totally my fault.

Time was quite priceless for sure...
Old friend and I kept talking about things from the past to the present.

Surely, not too long toward next time...

Something missing in my life... hahaha.

I spent some time over dinner with old friends... those who spent time during the college years in US.
Takashi and Kazuma... along with other friends came to have dinner with me tonight.
Too bad that Amy couldn’t make it then. Surely, she was missed.

It was Chinese dinner... near the Tokyo Station.

Talked about the job, life, and other friends in common...
Seemed no end of that conversation.

I came to realize that those good friends are very positive mind and learn things so hard everyday.
I better look at myself... who is missing so many valuable things in life...

They pointed out that I should have some kind of good understanding in history or even philosophy... that’s what seems to be missing from who and how I am.

Very deep, don’t you agree?

It was fun gathering and, at the same time, surely profound moment to me.

Somehow, new year party was held today... among friends.
Yeah, at the end of 2nd month of the year! Hahaha.
Some of us have a great sense of humor.



After-Party (2nd Party) took place just among male friends...
Ended up going to a pub with lots of Philippines ladies like that... Hahaha.

Lots of things happened during the day... Amazingly enough to me!
Good news? Bad news? Both!

From now on... next week to be more precise, I have to work very differently.
My mission slightly shifted into new direction. Hahaha.
I really take it as good thing and quite necessary to happen.

In other words, this is truly meant to be happening (at right timing).

In order for me to digest all that happened, I couldn’t come home straight.
Rather, I wanted to intake some alcohol into my body, which I did. Hahaha.
I made a stop at bar not too far from my home.

1st glass... kiwi and champaign mixed.
2nd glass... Singapore sling.
Usually, 2 glasses of drink is maximum that I would drink per visit to bar. Hahaha.

Had enough.
Though, another thing to come after that.
At 10:30pm, a friend of mine came to Koiwa Station... for drinks with me.

So I went to another place with him to eat something and drink! Hehehe.
He didn’t miss the last train for the day at 20 minutes after midnight.
Until then, it was so fun along with good food.

You know, there are lots of interesting places around in my area.

Man, what a time I just had!
Over dinner, 8 friends got together with me at the Italian restaurant in Ginza.

Yeah, all friends from the same work in the past... freight forwarder.

I happened to organize that... and so many friends made it... made all of us happy each other since this is not easily happened like that. Amazing!

No wonder that I drank more than usual... Hahaha.
Fun talk that cannot be finished easily.

Some of them were whom I really lost in touch. First time to see those in years! Seriously!

Perfect dinner with perfect friends made it all perfect. So cool. So great! Fantastic!
