Wanted to see something else… but that movie was sold out.
I guess, I made my move quite late at wrong timing.. I gave up on that movie today.
Maybe tomorrow. It is a Japanese movie open this weekend.

Instead, came to watch *Quantumania."
Yeah, Marvel movie it is.

Not quite big fan of Ant-man so far.
Thus, there was no high expectations.
That turned out to create different image.

Actually, Ant-man is interesting character and figure. Very unique.
It is actually more than becoming smaller or bigger.
Now I truly got the value of Ant-man entertainment.

Big SUSHI Party with MoonFlower.
First visit to the Sushi Bar located in our neighborhood.
Never had a chance to come in for a long time.



Today, I show you EVERYTHING… yeah, literally everything we ate tonight.



Alcohol… starting with beer followed by all SAKE











MoonFlower ordered more than usual for sure.
I joined her so I had more drinks than I could normally drink.
It means that I was drunk after all!

Man, I ate them all. I did.
So did MoonFlower.
No complaints with full stomach.

Maybe our diet and tight budget management start tomorrow on.
You know what I mean. Hahaha.

Long day with not so good news around?
Well, still road is continued and look ahead.
Yeah, bygones.



It should have been meant to be… and I should accept.
No matter how good and bad it can… correct?

Still can move forward.



Today's watch was of Apple Watch.
No fancy at all. Very convenient, though.
Maybe I should wear something different tomorrow to see if my mood is rather positive.

Apple Watch has no effect on my mood. You know what I mean.
All other watches from my collection can bring something to me when putting on.
Today it is Apple Watch and tomorrow it should be something else.

Will see what to choose tomorrow. Hahaha.

Busy Sunday it was.
Well, this weekend, MoonFlower and I accomplished many things!



MF's dry cleaner for special clothes now closing the business.
It is under different ownership and she got disappointed so much.
She always did come to this place to take care of her delicate clothes .

Where to from now on? That is a big question remained unanswered.



Sushi! The one keep rolling.
In fact, conveyor was woking without Sushi plates.
Rather, we just directly ordered what we wanted to chef.

Ate too much for sure. Overeating.

Had to rush back to Tokyo from Chiba because of some home delivery expected.
So hit the road earlier than planned… though, still hit the tale of traffic jam on highway.
Darn it.

Though, still succeeded to drop by MF's favorite pastry store to pick up some sweets.



Made our coffee break quite rich!



Followed by eel supper.
Home delivery was made on time… and all tasks are completed.
It was a long Sunday since many things got done.

This weekend was quite packed, don't you think?

Today's destination was IKEBUKURO.



Obviously, too many people… very crowded.
Not fancy to me… not kind of my place for sure.
It was all for MoonFlower who wanted to come to this cafe:



Had to see all photos and autographs of Thai actor… her favorite.
I didn't have to come… just to accompany her to this place.
Even though she insisted, thoroughly.



At least she bought me a drink. Hahaha.

Finished our tour with good sweets!!!

Long day… but many things got done.
In Shinjuku, we even placed an order for rug to be placed in our living room.
New rug… and new sofa soon!!!

That is a dramatic change soon to be realized!

Very slow today. Slept in for sure!
Well, MoonFlower went out for some festival and I became free around 3pm.
Went out for coffee break.

My destination was "Unison Taylor" - my usual place.
Wanted to have French Toast.



I came in sort late… and French toast was no longer available.
I missed it!!!
So I had to choose something else.



Toast with Ogura (sweet beans paste) and butter.
My relax time was still saved with this toast for sure. Hahaha.



Showed up to the baby goodies in Mitsukoshi department store.
Needed to buy a gift for the friend who got new baby yesterday.
Had no idea what to choose.

Never ever dealt with any of baby care whatsoever. You know what I mean.



I took staff's recommendation and bought this as the gift.
Not sure how well this could be.



Sunday finished with bento box for supper.
This is old-style Japanese bento from "Kiyoken."
This has never changed from old time.

It was still the same when I was a child and my father bought this for me upon his business trip.

New thing is usually better. Though, old thing sometimes remains as the best for a long time.
This is a good example.

Now wait for MF to come home from festivity.
Am sure that she has endless story to tell and it is going to be a long night, I bet.
Hahaha. At least she enjoys herself as much.

Saturday with clear sky over Tokyo!
It is the busy weekend for MoonFlower for some activities with friends.
That means that I am open to do anything. Yep, totally fully. Totally.

Though, MF asked me to take her to the meeting place near Tokyo since she had no clue.
Well, piece of cake.
So we went out around 11am.

After leaving her at the restaurant for lunch meeting, I took off to a cafe.
Went in to the place called "Komeda Coffee."
Unfortunately, there was a waiting line with more than several groups of people.

Instantly gave up on waiting. Moved on to another cafe located down the road.
Secured a seat for myself and had a cup of coffee for thinking what to do for the day.



It was window seat. Chaykin watch is today's partner on my wrist.

Several ramen shops listed for today lunch.
Ended up at famous miso ramen shop called "Do-Miso."



Surely, there were several people waiting outside the shop.
I lined up and waited for 10 minutes or so.



Most popular "miso special" for 1,100 yen
Good but somehow not great.
Expected much?

When I went to same brand at different location, seemed much better.
Maybe I should come again to this same placer for further judgment.
Yet, this is very specialized miso ramen place anyhow.

Another coffee time… after coming back to the usual area.
"Cafe Streamer" is my destination.
This is new place opened back in the middle of last month.

I finally came and checked in today.



Very traditional Japanese coffee place menu.
It is expressed as "KISSA."

Very old style and very nostalgic!



Ordered cafe latte and pudding.



Pudding was rather small. Smaller than expected.
Though, taste was rather rich. Richer than really thought it might be.
Not bad…

I definitely come back to check out other menus that I am still interested in.
I should give up all other cafe options… maybe. Hahaha.



MF went even up to the dinner with friends… so I had a drink home.
This canned beverage has 9% of alcohol… that was surely TOO MUCH.
Not my taste. Should've not bought this. Hahaha.

Coffee, ramen, coffee and pudding.
No movie today.
Had to go to one place tomorrow…

Other than that, another free day is coming up!

Man, January is now gone and February is here.
2023 seems to move forward quicker than did 2022, maybe.
February 1st - 1st day of the month should've come with positive sign.

Maybe I expected too much.
Today's major client meeting went like this:



Whatever the topic we threw toward client didn't make it anywhere.
It was quite random and there was no mind of client what should be done… anywhere.
It was just because client members has suspended about thinking.

Rather, they has started expecting that there was right and great answer to be provided.
… provided by ME (along with my boss).
Oh boy…

That kind of situation is considered most difficult.
Definitely lacking of information what should've been considered and stakeholders' (C-suites) information.
It were like groping the answer in the darkness…

Came to see the sign of "Foundry" - fancy cake shop.
No hesitant to get there for sweets to take home.




Yet!!!
Not only sugar but also pain-relief (from work).

Right? I thought so.
