Yes, Reese Witherspoon.
She has been one for such a long time… and I surely watched (almost) all her movies.

Without doubt - I went to see her new movie… called "This Means War."



I didn't even see any preview and no idea what it would be about.
I previously saw the poster… that was it.

Since no special plan for the day, I went out to see that movie… ALONE (too bad!).

Oh cool… this movie was cool. I LOVED it!

Funny… no much seriousness in it.

Reese was so funny… as somewhat sexy… new kind of her? Nice.

I am so sure that I buy a DVD for this movie. Nice kind of movie to carry around in the iPad.

Speaking of which - when iPad is to be released in Thailand? Am going to buy one to replace my 1st generation iPad which has been in use for almost 3 years. Just saw a news telling that the release date is April 27th.

Hope it would become true. Otherwise, I have to wait even longer.

Anyhow, I enjoyed this movie… MUCH.

Surely, I got much much better today.
Though, still somewhat far from the full recovery.
No drinks for a while… until full recovery!

Maybe hot summer-like day outside with cold air-conditioned room… this kind of environment really took my physical (stomach) strength away from me???
Who knows!

Today's work… was okay.
The session with executive handled somewhat under control.
This was (seems to be) good news. Hahaha.

For the rest of week, project team aimed to prepare the next action.
Though, we found ourself with tons of meeting invitations set with another group of people at client company.
Obviously, we push the project move fast… very fast moving.

Maybe we can conclude the project within the half of planned period? Hahaha.
Looks like we really accelerate the pace of project faster and faster.

Meaning, our time for getting ready or internal discussion is so limited. Truly so!
Oh boy.

Of corse, ahead of plan is surely welcome and good sign… but too much ahead is pain.
Tough to explain.

Anyhow, I need to look into my physical strength back on track.

Not feeling quite well… don't know why.
Ate something bad???

Yesterday, ate only one meal… Japanese.
Not seafood, though.
Hmm.

Don't know what's going on.
Well, I can tell one thing for sure.
Am going to be early! Yeah, right away when get back home tonight.



Major event took place today. Project Kick-Off.
Yeah, today… with 100 people attended!
Really big meeting!!!

I was operating the PC all the time, feeling really awful.
Well, thank God! Everything went well.

Of course, I went to the Thai language school as planned.
Not missing any bit.

Though, I got B on paper test tonight.
Oh boy… better study even harder?

Wait. I should concentrate what I need to do. I should clear my head up and study Thai.
Nothing more.
I committed myself that I will master Thai for 1 year or shorter.

Remember? (asking myself)

Work is fine. This week should be lighter then one last.
However, I do not have any choice missing the work for sure.
I have to contribute as much everyday!

One last dinner with MoonFlower and mother-in-law tonight.
They came by my apartment for some purpose… hahaha.
Entire living environment is checked out by them!

One last fun to do in Bangkok with them is… going to fancy dinner!
We did! Literally, fancy one.

The restaurant located on the 65th floor - the top of building, looking down the BKK.

Costed more than anything else on this trip…
More than I usually pay in Japan!!!

Though, worth it for sure. You should try!

Then, MoonFlower and I decided to ride an elephant!
It was heck of experience for sure.

Have never ridden on elephant? Come to Thailand!!!

Yes, this is last day for me to be in Tokyo.
Tomorrow I am going to return to Bangkok… yes, already!
It was quick and short for sure. Just a matter of a week.

It was my day off.

I ran into clinic for prescription and got prescribed medicine.
Bought replacement batteries to kitchen clock that MoonFlower really needed.
Picked up "flash cards" for my Thai language study.

Wait. Am almost 40 years old and still need such flash cards?
Yes. I have no other choice… need to remember such Thai words!!!
So I looked around all options available…

Using Evernote on my iPhone
Using Moleskine notebook for my study guide
Now, on top of those, start using flash cards.

What efforts!!! Hahaha.

I should look very desperate to master this language… I surely am!

Now packing is almost completed.
All items that I bring to Bangkok gathered around the suitcase.

Well, this time my suitcase should be pretty much empty since all needed are there, already.
Most of items are something like:

- light sweater since it is cold in the room where ac works very well
- sandals (finally! needed over weekends)
- chino pants since wearing the formal suits not necessarily all the times

Other than those…
chocolates, instant coffee, instant ramen noodles…
Hahaha. I still need Japanese junk foods for sure.

Friday night was fun with long time friend Kirk.

Kirk and I have known each other for over decade… 15 years or so, already.

Since we were both in Atlanta...



Somehow he really matches to such background! Hahaha.
Lots of sake bottles right behind him.



Since it was pretty chilly outside, we stuck to the hot sake.
No beer tonight!

Even MoonFlower joined us and we three had lots of talk and laughs.

Kirk and I even went on after that restaurant. Fun talk continued over the bar in my usual place.

Showed up to the Thai Embassy this morning.
Yeah, my Tokyo time starts...



Ate Chinese dish for lunch. Yeah, never get tired of Chinese food!!!
Sure, Thai food is good, too.



Along with project members, came to Yasukuni Shirine for prayer.
For what? Of course, this huge project's success.

Really? Really.



Only 100 yen? For Apple's bumper (orange).
Yes, it really was. So I picked up.



Well, I really wanted to buy this green bumper, though.
Meaning, I bought two bumpers at a time.



Great supper fixed by MoonFlower who worked a bit over time today.
It was good food… liked it so much. Thank you darling.
