Rushed into my dealer for 6-month free inspection.
Of course, my car is still in good condition.
Just check up and see if any would go wrong. Thing is pretty good.



Had a chance to drive GLA for a while today.
It was compact SUV type vehicle and easy to drive.
Would be perfect if you drive only in city.

Though, there is a weak point in that car. Interior was rather cheap.
Luxury status lacks because of the interior feature and design.




Took a ride on Shinkansen for fairly short distance.
From Tokyo to Sihn Yokohama… for a matter of 15 minutes or so.
Had to go in to this:



It was a band called "Spitz" and tour named "MIKKE."
Concert was great. MoonFlower and I enjoyed the show as much.
Cool night it was.

Rare to happen… MoonFlower and I get completely separated into different activity on any weekend.
MF got a whole day planning for drinking and drinking and even more drinking.
I was left alone and enjoyed complete freedom.

You can imagine how that means to a person like me.

Drove C-coupe to the usual deal for appointment.
Not for service. I wanted to check something.
Sales in charge checked the vehicle and service appointment will be coordinated as needs.

Last weekend's damage to the tyre wheel is easily fixed, shortly.



According to sales person, there is GLB coming next year.
GLB?
Another SUV type coming up. Maybe I should get such "taste" of driving SUV for fun.

CLA coupe is well-perceived in public as well. So sedan is still not low profile as far as within the premium brand segment.

TV shows World Trampoline 2019 and it was first time for me to watch such a sport.
Why?
Because I need to know of this sport since holding a ticket for Tokyo 2020 - Trampoline Mens Final!



It was simple rule sport; however, few can even complete 10 different jump styles.
Oh that is so difficult.
Strong mentality gets required on top of physical strength and jump techniques.

Routine check at watch shop to see the inventory and sales trend and I spent several hours.

Rolex, Vacheron Constantin, A. Lange & Sohne, what else.
Santos de Cartier may be a cool choice for me? However, it is too new to be seen at the shop yet.

Home alone at night resulted two small wine bottle consumed.
Total 500ml or more… I had more than usual tonight.
No wonder that alcohol got me quicker than usual and I went to bed early.

Not bad… ordinary Saturday night. Hahaha.

Least luxury, hahaha.

Yes, time has come… it is today!
I have signed the sales order sheet for a new car!!!



I am not disclosing the details of this… but will share what car / model soon!

After 6 years with Alfa Romeo Guilietta - now new era with totally new model is coming up.
Cannot wait!!!

Did I pay it all with cash?
Of course not. Cannot afford…
Had to rely on the auto loan. Not bad with 1.9%APR.

Car delivery is at the end of month. Yes, about 2 weeks or so.
In Japan, you can not drive new car away upon signing the contract due to registration and restriction.

Am really looking forward to a new car.

What brand?
What model?
What color?

You will see all soon.

Slow week is still going on.
Though, I did work hard… a little bit. At least I should close some businesses from last year.
Hahaha.

Plus, I had to give up my precious time for intereviewing new grad… three of them in this afternoon.
None of them, unfortunately, did impress me much.
Last one was more eager than the others… she seemed to be more goal-oriented.

Had some trouble on my PC and I got stuck with IT team who spent quite time on my computer late afternoon.
That made my leave from the office quite late… much later than usual! Hahaha
Part of the job, isn't it? I presume so.



I picked up some sweets on the way back home.
Yeah, I do all possible thing to keep the domestic peace as much!!!
Sugar certainly does help. Don't you agree?

Here they are.
Famous "Ichigo Daifuku."
Ichigo is strwaberry and Daifuku is Japanese sweets beans and mochi / rice cake.



I bought these at Hakata Suzukake - famous sweets shop from far southern Fukuoka.
Let me compare those with ones from Ginza Akebono - another famous sweets shop from Tokyo.



Different appearance and the size is different, too.
Suzukake one is a bit smaller. Thinner rick cake part on the surface.
Akebono one is tick and sticky surface…

They are in the same category… but definitely different sweets products!!!

Well, tough to judge which one is BETTER. They are respectively good and I like them BOTH.

Probably, Akebono one is tougher to get because there are long line of customers as always.
Today at Suzukake, there are a few customers before myself. Not bad… very convenient.
That is the only difference. Maybe that part is even the same over weekend… I do not know.



Promotion announcement came to myself in mail from Mercedes-Benz dealership.
Oh boy, face-lift C-Class is around, already.
Maybe MB is my very next one?

When in the world do we decide which car and when to buy one for ourselves?
That is a big question never answered so far.
Any suggestion? Hahaha.
